Update 5: 23/05/2019 Response due date changed

SOL Quarries have advised that it will respond to the request for information by June 7. The application remains on hold until this is received.

SOL Quarries have advised that it will respond to the request for information by May 24. The application remains on hold until this is received.
Update 3: 08/04/2019 Response due date changed
SOL Quarries have advised that it will respond to the request for information by May 10. The application remains on hold until this is received.
Update 2: 2/04/2019 Further information sought from SOL Quarries
request for further information has gone to SOL Quarries with a response due date of April 18. This means the application is on hold until this date, or until such time that the response is received should the applicant require more time to respond.
Update 1: 11/3/2019 Application for quarry extension in Yaldhurst

SOL Quarries is applying for four consents related to expanding its current operations at 93 and 133 Conservators Road, Yaldhurst, the approximate area of the expansion is 28 hectares. The consents are for; to use land for quarry activities; to discharge contaminants to air; to divert water and to discharge contaminants to land where they may enter water. 

Now that the application has been accepted, Environment Canterbury will begin to process that application within the legal framework it must operate under.
