Commissioner Withy has issued an interim decision on consent application CRC102890 to take and use groundwater from bores M35/17854, M35/17856, M35/17947, M35/17948, M35/17949 and M35/11905 with a combined rate of up to 93 litres per second and shall not exceed 838,968 cubic metres between the 1st of July and the following 30th of June for irrigation and 33,220 cubic metres between the 1st of July and the following 30th of June for stock water and dairy shed use.
