28 Aug 2000 Applicant proposing to drill up to 7 bores (M34/5534-M34/5540) until they strike water, but is likely that only 1 well will actually be used for abstraction.
25 Jun 2001 Applicant provided actual grid reference with groundwater application. Original proposed grid reference was M34:8374-9311. Actual grid reference is M34:841-928.
08 Apr 2002 Gridref changed from: M34:8410-9280. Well QA Ian Lloyd 5/4/02, well drilled but not used, no power to the site. Has a temporary Wooden cap.
07 May 2003 Bore depth shown as 191.1 in database but incomplete borelog shows drilled to 168.9m Borelog states casing driven to 168.9m unable to move further rotary shoe collapsed. Handwritten note at bottom of log sheet states hole deepened to 195m, 200mm screen set at 184.2m - 194.2m, 1m of sump
21 Nov 2003 Another borelog came in for M34/5537 ' observation bore' but does not match this one, presumabley one of the other 7 bore concented wells here.
13 Jan 2004 Gridref changed from: M34:8429-9282. Measured rate of take 6.6 l/s @36 hrs every 3 days.

25 Aug 2008 This well has a consent requirement that requires the consent holder to supply water levels.It is also an Ecan monitoring well,so GW staff measure the W/Ls for the consent holder.
31 Mar 2009 Bore log changed. Previous log identical to M34/5608. TRIM Bore log used is marked "observation bore M34/5537" received 25 June 2003. This bore log has the correct locality. Well depth -191.1 on bore log.
