The daily review of gauged low flow sites on this Irrigations Restrictions page has now ended for the 2009/2010 irrigation season and will resume next season. Sites with telemetry recorders will continue to provide daily reports.

As all catchments were very dry at the start of winter, if your consent provides for takes of water through the winter months, you must still check to find whether your take is subject to low flow restrictions. Please refer to your consent or call 0800 EC INFO (0800 32 46 36) to speak with your Environmental Protection Officer.
