There are only four types of resource consents that may incur a Water Management Charge if the scheme is implemented as part of the Annual Plan process.

 

 They are:

 Resource consents to take and use Groundwater

 Resource consents to take and use Surfacewater

 Resource consents to discharge water to either land or into waterways
