You may only apply for a change in conditions to your current consent if you do not increase the volume of water abstracted per year. An increase in the volume of water abstracted is considered to be a change in the scope of the consent, and a new consent application would be required. To ensure you will not be abstracting any more water per year, you must adhere to an annual volume that will then be placed in your consent conditions.
You will need to provide details of your current use AND details on the volume of water you wish to have for the new use, and outline the demand for this water. We require this information to ensure that the water will be used efficiently.
