After many continuous problems sending this e-mail to the mail room at Ecan Brian informs me that the submission date has closed. He told me that he attempted to send it to the mailroom yesterday and even customer services however it was bounced back every time and therefore missed the closing date. he has sent this to me after a phone conversation today and I told him I would forward it with some explanation.
