Decisions were notified on Variations 11 of Chapter 3 of the Proposed Canterbury Natural Resources Regional Plan on 13 December 2008.
Variation 11 introduces plan provisions relating to the management of PM10 contaminant in Rangiora – in order to meet the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards relating to certain air pollutants, dioxins, and other toxics) Regulations 2004.
Variation 11 was notified on 27 October 2007. Submissions closed on 7 November 2007 and the 35 submissions were summarised by council staff. The Summary of Decisions Requested (SODR) was notified for Further Submissions in early 2008.
