This Transitional Regional Plan ceased to have effect from 11 June 2011, the date that the Canterbury Natural Resources Regional Plan became operative.  

Plan History

The Transitional Regional Plan (TRP) became operative in October 1991, since then three plan changes have been made operative. Change 1 operative 29 October 1996, Change 2 operative 19 June 2000 and Change 3 operative 3 August 2009.
