Regional Policy Statement Proposed Change No 1 Variations 1-4

There are four variations (numbers 1 to 4) to the Proposed Change No. 1 (development of Greater Christchurch) to the Canterbury Regional Policy Statement (RPS). These have introduced a new Chapter 12A, (Development of Greater Christchurch) setting out the land use distribution, particularly the areas available for urban development.
