Regional Land Transport Strategy

The Canterbury Regional Land Transport Strategy (RLTS) sets the strategic direction for land transport within the Canterbury region over a 10 year period.  The RLTS identifies the region’s transport needs and the roles of all land transport modes.  It identifies how planning, engineering, education, encouragement and enforcement methods are to be utilised to provide for the future land transport system of Canterbury.
