The Plan sits alongside the operative Canterbury Natural Resources Regional Plan and provides specific rules for managing water and the cumulative effects of land use in the Hurunui-Waiau zone.
Further submissions are now invited in support or opposition to submissions received. A further submission must be limited to a matter in support or opposition to a relevant original submission. Under Clause 8 of the first schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991, the following persons may make a further submission:
