OPERATIVE: The Pareora Catchment Environmental Flow and Water Allocation Regional Plan, and Plan Change 4 to the NRRP became operative on the 21st of July 2012.
Plan Change 4 removes those parts of the NRRP as they apply to matters that are now addressed within the Pareora Plan.
