Reports received by the Board

Thirty-three reports received by the Board relevant to the development of the draft Waitaki Catchment Water Allocation Regional Plan have been publicly available since the draft Water Allocation Plan was notified in February 2005. An additional report was received after the draft Plan was notified and the Canterbury Regional Council has also recently provided to the Board some revised information about low flows and existing resource consents.

Pursuant to section 22 of the Waitaki Act, a public notice advertising the reports that have been received by the Board and where they are available for inspection or can be obtained was published in the Otago Daily Times, The Press, Timaru Herald on 11 June 2005 and the Oamaru Mail on 12 June 2005.
