What is a cluster group?
Cluster groups are 5 geographic areas, based on hydrological factors and similarities in water use issues.
The groups were established from a commitment by Environment Canterbury to establish "cluster groups" within the Selwyn Rakaia zone, given at the annual general meeting of the Dunsandel Water User group.
