Annual environmental incidents and enforcement report 2005 This report documents the environmental incidents reported to, or identified by, Environment Canterbury in the year 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2005.  The aim of the report is to describe the types of environmental incidents encountered in Canterbury, to document how they were responded to and to provide an official record of Environment Canterbury's formal enforcement actions.
